ISRAEL Iron Swords War - Bleeding Peace & Flowers Garnet Set

Welcome to Israel! And this is the Bleeding Peace & Flowers Garnet Set. This one hurts, and heals, as creation is my way to cope with the trauma of war. I refuse to give up on hope for better days in Israel and in Gaza and the West Bank. Even if it feels completely unrealistic, and in bleeding days, I choose hope. Hope is what holds the Jewish people together, with our values and love to our homeland. That's why I made the Bleeding Peace & Flowers Garnet Set:

• Top necklace: with 5 round garnet gemstone beads, glass and hematite styled arrow beads.
• Middle necklace: with unique round-flat purple golden glass beads, hematite styled beads and a garnet round gemstone pendant connected to a peace sign pendant.
• Bottom necklace: hematite styled arrow pendant, Czech crystal red flower beads (connecting to the Red South calanit blooming where the massacre took place)
• Earrings: Garnet drop earrings with peace sign
• Bracelet: red glass, silver and hematite styled beaded bracelet.

The Israel color palette is:
- Blue: a Jewish favourite of many in the community, a color that resembles purity for us.
- Purple: In judaism, a color of unique meaning and spiritual significance
- Red: For the red flowers blooming right where the Oct 7th massacre took place.
- Gold: for the golden, light brown beaches.

Israeli elements include:
Star of David (magen David, jewish star), Khamsa (hand), blue evil eye protection symbol, Israeli shells, sand, yellow and blue flowers, sabra, cactus, sea turtles, fish, dessert snakes and hedgehogs.

I'm Emmanuelle Skaly, a traveling jeweller and multidisciplinary artist (in music, poetry and film). Recently I started making sets to encapsulate the essence of the incredible places I visit.
