Welcome to Israel! And this is the By Perla collection! Handmade by my very talented aunt and jewelry making mentor, Perla Cohen Skaly.
Adjustable bracelet, memorial of the 7th of October massacre and the Nova. Made with Japanese black beads and silver beads.
- Blue: a Jewish favourite of many in the community, a color that resembles purity for us.
- Purple: In judaism, a color of unique meaning and spiritual significance
- Red: For the red flowers blooming right where the Oct 7th massacre took place.
- Gold: for the golden, light brown beaches.
- White: for spiritual purity, often worn on Shabbat and Friday dinners and holidays.
Israeli elements include:
Star of David (Magen David, Jewish star), Chai, Hamsa (hand), blue evil eye protection symbol, Israeli shells, sand, yellow and blue flowers, sabra, cactus, sea turtles, fish, dessert snakes and hedgehogs.
